Do you accept temporary dialysis?
We accept requests from one month to one week prior to the desired date. As there is a limited number of seats available, please contact us as soon as your plans are decided.
What should I bring when receiving temporary dialysis?

Do you provide rental clothes and slippers?
Yes, we provide rental clothes. Please let us know if you’d like to use them. Slippers are placed at the entrance, so we kindly ask you to change into them when you visit.
Do you provide earphones for the TV?
No, we do not provide earphones. If you wish to watch TV, please bring your own earphones. If you do not have earphones, please note that you won’t be able to watch the TV.
Is it possible to take a tour of the facility?
Yes. To ensure that you feel comfortable using our clinic, we offer tours of our facilities for anyone who wishes to see them in person. If you’re interested, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
What time should I arrive for evening dialysis?
Our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis. Appointment slots are set at 10-minute intervals. Depending on availability, those receiving 4-hour dialysis should be changed and settled in by 18:30 on Mon/Wed/Fri, and by 19:00 on Tue/Thu/Sat. For more details, please contact us.
Can anyone attend the patient seminars?

What type of reclining chairs do you provide?
We provide reclining chairs that can go fully flat. They are made from a memory foam material also used in luxury car seats. Please check our website for more details.
Is there any additional fee for using the facility apart from the treatment cost?
No. The use of the TV, Wi-fi, and rental items are free of charge. There is also no extra charge for nighttime or extended-hour dialysis sessions. Please use our services with peace of mind.
Can I bring food and drinks if I want to eat during dialysis?
Yes. We do not provide meals at our clinic, so if you wish to eat, please prepare it yourself. For details about what you can eat and when, please consult your attending physician.
I'd like to work during dialysis. Can I use a computer or smartphone?
Yes, you can use them. We also provide dedicated Wi-Fi for our patients within the clinic, so feel free to use it. However, when using smartphones or cell phones, please refrain from making calls at your bedside or operating with sound as it may disturb other patients.
Do you provide transportation services?
No, we do not provide transportation services.
I want to come by my own car. Is there a parking lot?
Yes, we have a parking lot available. Usage is based on permission and by reservation, so please notify us in advance if you wish to use it.
