For Guests Arriving by Train

JR Yamanote Line / Keihin-Tohoku Line, Tabata Station, North Exit, 30 seconds on foot.

Access to the Clinic

  • 1.Exit the 'North Exit' gates of Tabata Station on the Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line and proceed in the direction of a McDonald's sign on the left hand side.
  • 2.You see Miki Pharmacy(ミキ薬局), Fuji Soba(富士そば) and the McDonald's on your left hand side and enter the 'NSK Building' next to the McDonald's.
  • 3.Take the lift to the 4th floor.
  • 4.From the lift hall, proceed to the window on your left.
  • 5.Enter through the orange door on the right by the window.
